Navah is operated by Epiphany Made LLC (“Epiphany Made”, “we”, “us”). By using Navah you agree to these terms. We tried to write them in plain language — if anything is unclear, email hello@navah.ai.
Navah remembers details about your family, sends you reminders and a daily briefing, and answers everyday questions over Telegram. It is a convenience tool, nothing more.
Navah is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency service, and nothing it says is professional advice. In an emergency, call your doctor or emergency services — never rely on Navah.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the trial is free and you can cancel anytime, we generally do not give refunds for time already used. If something went wrong on our end, email us — we handle pro-rata, good-faith refunds at our discretion.
Please use Navah for your own household. Don’t use it to harass anyone, to break the law, or to abuse the service (for example, automated spamming or attempts to run up costs). We may pause or close an account that does.
We work hard to keep Navah reliable, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties. We can’t promise it will be available every moment or that it will never make a mistake.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of [New York / New Jersey — TODO], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms as Navah grows. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll let you know through the bot.
